My PEAK Online is a client portal where PEAK clients can manage and get an overview of their investment portfolio, as well manage necessary documents and assets. PEAK reached out to us looking to redesign and bring a fresh new experience, while addressing some of their current pain points within the platform.
We got straight to work by dissecting all provided analytics and research from the PEAK team and broke down the project into 3 milestones. First was research and wireframing, second was high fidelity prototypes and last but not least was front-end development which would be handed-off to the development team over at PEAK.
Redesign a mobile friendly interface all while keeping in mind the target audience and the goal to improve the overall wealth management experience. Another crucial challenge to keep in mind was a keen focus on the users ability to easily contact the client’s assigned financial advisor at all times within the platform.
We decided to conduct a series of tests via wireframes and high fidelity prototypes with stakeholders and users alike. This meant we were able to reveal and outline problems beforehand and refine our designs based on our findings.
The redesigned My PEAK Online surpassed expectations by providing a modern and intuitive experience for their clients. Clients can now better manage their portfolio and statements, all from a user-friendly interface and from any device, to better determine their next financial move.
Our partnership with PEAK continues to grow stronger as we continue to work with them on improving some of their current tools and products.
